You selected the area Signal Creek and the topic Map: 1C EPA Landcover/Landuse, Signal Creek Sub-basin |
This is a map of the 1992 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Landcover/Landuse in the Signal Creek sub-basin, overlaid with 1:100,000 scale streams and KRIS sub-basins. These data are derived from a 1992 Landsat image and show that much of the sub-basin is coniferous forest. Patches of mixed conifer hardwood, grasslands, and herbaceous are likely due to recent timber harvests as there are few natural grasslands and oak woodlands in this basin except along the ridge to the east. Scale = 1:43,674 . | |||
