Caption: This chart shows the number of adult salmonids observed per survey mile in spawner surveys of 14 Garcia River tributaries from December 1998 to March 1999. Since Maahs (1999) noted that no adult coho salmon or carcasses were observed, the chart above is actually live steelhead. The stacked bars differentiate surveys by early season (December-January) versus late season spawning (February-March). Data are from Maahs (1999). See InfoLinks for more information.
