|
Caption: This chart shows the results of a 2002 Fleming Creek habitat typing survey with relative lengths of pools, riffles and flatwater (runs and glides) as a percentage of the entire survey length. Fleming Creek had a very low pool ratio with only 20% occurrence by length. Flatwater habitats were the major habitat category (63%) while riffles were only 13% of habitats by length and 4% of the surveyed reach was dry. Data collected by Elizabeth Earthman and Jennifer Presnell of the Americorp Stewards program under the direction of the California Department of Fish and Game.
