Fish: 1952 Kimsey Juvenile Steelhead Length Garcia Site #3 Aug |

Caption: The chart above shows the length of the juvenile steelhead in electrofishing samples collected by Kimsey (CDFG, 1953) in the Garcia River at Station #3, less than a half mile below the North Fork on August 13, 1952. Fish ranged in length from one inch to over 13 inches. The sample was dominated by young of the year, which are less than four inches long. Fish greater than eight inches are colored purple and were considered by Kimsey (CDFG, 1953) to be resident trout. Data are derived from a California Department of Fish and Game memo by J.B Kimsey (CDFG, 1953). See InfoLinks for more information.
