Caption:  Charlotte Morrison collected fine sediment data in Inman Creek in 1994 using wet-sieve McNeil sampling techniques and results of fine sediment less than 0.85 mm are displayed here. The reference of 14% fine sediment less than 0.85 mm comes from the Garcia River TMDL (U.S. EPA, 1998) and applies to wet sieve samples. Fines in Inman Creek were only slightly over the EPA reference on average and some samples at site #2 were less than 14% as shown by standard error bars. See next Topic for raw sample results.
