Caption: This chart shows mean permeabilities with 95% confidence intervals of pool-tail gravels in ten Garcia River tributaries in 1999. Higher values are generally associated with better survival of salmonid eggs. McBain and Trush (2000), who collected the data, reported that permeabilities were generally low to medium.
